Suryamukhi Dinesh Ayurved Medical College & Hospital is situated at easily approachable location at Ranchi, in Jharkhand. The institution was formed in 1980, with the objective of imparting education and understanding in the field of Ayurveda. Surya Mukhi Dinesh Ayurveda Medical College & Hospital is affiliated to Vinoba Bhave University and is approved by Central Council of Indian Medicine (CCIM), New Delhi, under the department of Ayush, Government of India.
 
Suryamukhi Dinesh Ayurved Medical College & Hospital is named after the well-known scholars Prof. Dinesh Prasad Pandey and his wife Suryamukhi Devi. The institute works under the guidance of S.D Educational Development and Social Welfare Society, which is registered under Society Act 21 of 1860. The college imparts methodological knowledge about the plantation of medicinal and aromatic plants, in the best possible way.
