The Tejaa Shakthi Institute of Technology for Women, established by Sabaris Educational Trust will be one of its kind institution dedicated to the empowerment of women. The Institution is sponsored by SABARI´S EDUCATIONAL TRUST, a nonprofit organization founded on 9th day of January 1997 and registered by the Government of Tamil Nadu. This educational trust aims to educate and cultivate women leaders from all socio-economic, religious and ethnic backgrounds whose life experiences will combine with an extraordinary education, empowering women to help themselves, their families, and their communities.

The college is situated in the right environment for natural learning, away from the hustle and bustle of city life, at Karumathampatti near Chenniandavar Temple on NH 47.
