V.G. School of Nursing college the golden jubilee block was inaugurated by health minister of Tamilnadu with all hi-tech facilities such as ultra modern operation theatre complex, special deluxe room with all amenities. Specialized trauma care an auditorium with a seating capacity of 200 packs, hi-tech Laproscopic research and training centre and a well equipped laboratory and microbiology department headed by Dr.Ashavenkatesh has also introduced course in laboratory technology.

V.G hospital is also conducting free camps for cancer awareness and other health problems every week for more than 100 females and doing all investigations such as Hb, Bp, urine examination etc., It is a philanthropic activity done by V.G hospital to create awareness among the public. V.G School of nursing and paramedical sciences started along with the other paramedical courses.There are well equipped operation theatres, imaging systems, post operative wards separately. Various specialities and hi-tech intensive care unit for trauma and neuro surgery.
