Vishwasrao Naik Arts, Commerce and Baba Naik Science Mahavidyalaya completed its twenty five years in the year 1995 and celebrated Silver Jubilee in October,1996. As the management and the faculty members have worked with a conviction that the process of education must be kept dynamic and relevant to the present context,the college endeavoured to lay emphasis on three areas,Academic developement programmes, Co -curricular activities, Programmes of developement of physical facilities.

In the first seven years,the management granted concession in the fees  of the boys and girls for the weaker sections.The salary of teaching and non-teaching staff was paid by the management from the E.B.C. grants received from the Zilla Parishad,Sangli.The Sanstha always appoints meritorious candidates. Such meritorious candidates are given a number of facilities for the academic development.

Vishwasrao Naik Arts, Commerce and Baba Naik Science Mahavidyalaya has a highly competent teaching faculty. There are staff members who are ex-students of this college. They are on the fore-front of social,cultural and literary activities of this region.They contribute by way of propogation of scientific outlook,humanity,quality,scientific knowledge and environmental awareness through  lectures, exhibitions ,article-writing, radio talks etc.
