About College

Z.V.M. Unani Medical College & Hospital, Pune was established in 1984 by Maharashtra Medical Education & Research Center, Pune to provide professional education to the minority community & thus improve the quality of education. Z.V.M. Unani Medical College & Hospital, Pune is approved by Central Council of Indian Medicine, New Delhi and recognized by the Government of Maharashtra, and affiliated to the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (Nashik) and to University of Pune. It is an aided College with an intake capacity of 60 students. The College also conducts post graduate courses in two subjects i.e. Moalejat (General Medicine) and Tahaffuzi – wa – Samaji Tib (Preventive and Social Medicine) with intake capacity of 6 seats / subject.
