Allahabad Bank - Probationary Officer

The Allahabad Bank was established during 1865 and is the oldest among the joint stock banks in the country. It presently has in excess of 2500 branches. It has a representative office at Shenzhen along with a branch at Hong Kong. The Oldest Joint Stock Bank of the Country, Allahabad Bank was founded on April 24, 1865 by a group of Europeans at Allahabad. At that juncture Organized Industry, Trade and Banking started taking shape in India. Thus, the History of the Bank spread over three Centuries - Nineteenth, Twentieth and Twenty-First.

Allahabad Bank released a notification for the Canidates who are selected in the Common Recruitment Programme for selection of Probationary Officers in Public Sector Banks conducted by IBPS, Mumbai and subsequent allotment of candidates made by IBPS based on their merit & option of preference for Banks exercised by the candidates. Based on successful completion of pre-employment formalities, we are pleased to declare the list of candidates identified for issuance of Appointment Letter for the post of Probationary Officer in JMG Scale-I under IBPS PO/MT-VI Recruitment Project. These candidates will undergo 02months on-boarding training programme to be conducted in separate phases.
