Baitarani Gramya Bank - Officer Scale I

Baitarani Gramya Bank (BGB) is set to merge with the upcoming ‘Odisha Gramya Bank’ as per the notification of finance ministry. The 32-year regional rural bank, which had been dominating two tribal districts of Odisha – Keonjhar and Mayurbhanj – with 111 branches, is likely to lose its status and identity.

Baitarani Gramya Bank will get its new identity along with two other regional rural banks Kalinga Gramya Bank, and Nilachal Gramya Bank. Baitarani Bank started in June 1980 and has been providing services to tribal people with a Cash Reserve Ratio (CRR) of Rs 1331 crore in Mayurbhanj and Keonjhar.

The selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of RRB written exam scores and the personal interview. The IBPS Recruitment ( CWE ) is issued to recruit the aspirants for Group A Officer (Scale – I). IBPS RRB 2017 Selection Procedure:

Candidates’ selection would be based on two parameters i.e. their performance in the written exam and interview. Applicants who cross the aforesaid cutoff will be only called to attend the interview process.

For Officer Scale-1

1st Step: Preliminary Exam (Objective Type) (80 Marks)

2nd Step: Main Exam (Objective Type) (200 Marks)

3rd Step: Interview (100 Marks)
