The Central Government vide its Notification No.F.No.1 ( 2 ) 2001 / RRB dated September 12, 2005, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub - section ( 1 ) of section 23A of the RRBs Act, 1976 ( 21 of 1976 ) and also in consultation with National Bank for Agriculture & Rural Development ( NABARD ), Government of Gujarat and Bank of Baroda, being the Sponsor Bank of Panchmahal Vadodara Gramin Bank, Surat Bharuch Gramin Bank and Valsad Dangs Gramin Bank, in the public interest and in the interest of the development of the area served by the aforesaid RRBs as also in the interest of said RRBs themselves, it had been decided that the said RRBs should be amalgamated in to a single Regional Rural Bank and named as Baroda Gujarat Gramin Bank with its Head office at Bharuch w.e.f September 12, 2005.

Candidates will get selected on the basis of score of IBPS RRBs CWE and interview. Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) department every year conducts Common Written Exam (CWE) IBPS Recruits Probationary Officer (PO) through clearing a process of CWE & Interview two sections. IBPS PO - 2017 Online application Form Details :

The online registration process for IBPS PO is going to start from 26-07-2017. All the candidates need to complete their online registration before the last date that is 13-08-2017. Without doing online registration, the candidate would not be considered for the exam of IBPS PO.

This is basically the first and most important step for going in the direction of PO post in the banking sector. The online registration would make a way for the candidate to move on for reaching the heights of success.

The basic requirements for applying for the online registration is as follows:

Before applying online, the candidate should scan their photograph and signature as per required format which would be explained in detail further.
Signature in capital letters would not be accepted.
Keep the necessary details and documents ready to make the online payment.
Provide a valid and active email ID as all the notifications related to IBPS exam would be sent on the same email ID. It should work until the entire process for the recruitment process ends.
In case if no email ID is there, then the candidate must create the email ID first and then apply for the “IBPS PO Online Application”.

All General and OBC category students required to pay Rs.600/- as application fees and for ST/SC/PWD students it will be Rs. 100/-.
