Indian Banks Association 2021 Eligibility Criteria

1) Managers:-

Qualification: – Graduate or Post Graduate degree in any stream from recognized university or institute.

Experience: – Minimum five years experience in Public Sector Banks or Private Sector Banks or Financial Institutions.

Pay scale: – Rs 23800-56800 per month.

Age limit: – Candidates should be maximum 45 years as on 28 March 2016.

2) Vice Presidents:-

Qualification: – Graduate or Post Graduate degree in any stream from recognized university or institute.

Experience: – Minimum five years experience in Public Sector Banks or Private Sector Banks or Financial Institutions.

Pay scale: – Rs 33500-69500 per month.

Age limit: – Candidates should be maximum 45 years as on 28 March 2016.

3) Advisors:-

Qualification: – Those who have retired as A.G.M. or D.G.M. of Public Sector Banks or equivalent post in Private Sector Banks or Financial Institutions.

Experience: – Minimum three years experience in respective fields.

Pay scale: – Rs 90000 and 8000 per month towards conveyance reimbursement.

Age limit: – Candidates should be maximum 62 years as on 28 March 2016.
