Gujarat Common Entrance Test

GUJCET 2019– Gujarat Secondary and Higher Education Board (GSEB) has started GUJCET 2019 Registration. It started on January 24, 2019on the official website gujcet.gseb.org. The entrance examination is going to be held on April 23, 2019. Last date to apply for GUJCET 2019 is February 08, 2019. GUJCET is a state level entrance examination, which is held every year by GSEB. On the basis of the candidate’s performance in the entrance examination, the candidates are shortlisted for admission in BE/BTech and pharmacy (degree/diploma) courses. GUJCET 2021 Eligibility Criteria

GUJCET 2019 Eligibility Criteria:

The eligibility criteria of GUJCET 2019 state certain requirements that the candidates have to meet to be eligible for the examination. Those candidates who do not meet the eligibility criteria will not be allowed to participate in the admission process. Therefore, it is advised that the candidates check the criteria before applying for GUJCET 2019.

  • Nationality – The candidates should be of Indian nationality.
  • State Eligibility – Should be bonafide residents of Gujarat. Candidates who are bonafide residents of Gujarat but are residing in other states of the country will also be considered eligible for the examination.
  • Academic Qualification – The candidates should have qualified 10+2 (or equivalent) examination from Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board, Gandhinagar/CBSE Delhi/CISCE New Delhi/NIOS/International School Board. If the candidates will be completing their 10+2 examination in 2019, they will still be termed eligible for GUJCET.
  • Qualifying Marks – In the qualifying examination, the candidates are expected to score minimum 45%. Meanwhile, the reserved category candidates will have to secure 40% marks.
