Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination

Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) conducts the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination (BCECE) every year for the admission of candidates to the various engineering degree programmes. BCECE 2019, a state level examination will be conducted offline tentatively in the last week of April 2019.

The admission authority will release the application form of BCECE 2019 tentatively in the online mode in the first week of March 2019. Candidates will be able to register for the examination until the first week of April 2019. Editing option for the application form will be available until the first week of April 2019 after no more changes will be allowed. The admit card of BCECE 2019 will be available by the third week of April 2019. The admission authority will announce the result of BCECE 2019 tentatively in the third week of June 2019 after which the counselling process will start. The counselling will be held in three rounds for the qualified candidates.

Selection procedure for BCECE

  1. Candidates those will clear the BCECE 2018 entrance test with the cut-off marks, will be required to appear in the counselling procedure organized by the board for the allotment of seats.
  2. To appear in the BCECE 2018 counselling, the candidates have to register themselves so that he/she will be eligible for filling the choices for the college and branch.
  3. The seat allotment depends upon various factors that include candidate’s rank in entrance examination, seat availability in the preferred college and the choices exercised by the candidates.
