Central University of Gujarat, a Central University established by an Act of Parliament 2009 (No. 25 of 2009) came into existence on 3rd March 2009 and is fully funded by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India through UGC. The university currently operates from campuses in Sector 29 and 30, Gandhinagar, Gujarat. The University invites online applications from eligible candidates for admissions to its academic programmes. An Online Entrance Test would be conducted at 17 Centres across India.
