Punjab Technical University conduct entrance exam in all over india for the Engineering courses in various trade called Punjab Technical university common entrance test ( PTUCET 2013 ) .All Privet and govt college are approved and affiliated by All India Council of Technical Education( AICTE ). Punjab Technical University conducts a Common Entrance Test - PTU CET for admission to B.Tech/B.Pharma course in various pharmacy, technical and engineering institutes affiliated to the four universities in Punjab: Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar; Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhina; Guru Nanak University, Amritsar & Punjab University, Patiala.
