Associate Member of the Institution of Engineers ( AMIE )

AMIE 2018 is Associate Member of the Institution of Engineers which conducted by the IEI twice a year in the month of June and December. This is non- formal type of examination. It offers the distance education in engineering degree. If you are satisfying the eligibility norms you can become an engineer and get equal opportunities as the regular B.Tech degree. AMIE 2018 Exam offers the courses in the respected two sections that are discussed below in the post. It is obligatory to satisfy the norms of eligibility as it is decided so as to consider only valid candidates for the Exam of AMIE 2018. These conditions are described here for the sake of your convenience. Candidates can read and check their eligibility here:

For Technician member:

  • You need to pass the 12th class exam with 45% aggregate with English, physics, math and chemistry.

For Senior Technician:

  • Your age needs to be of a minimum of 18 years.
  • You need to be qualified with diploma exam in engineering.
