1. Candidates will have to purchase an application form by paying INR 1000 in cash or by DD in favor of Hindustan University Institute Of Technology & Science payable at Chennai.

2. Candidates fill the application form correctly and neatly along with the relevant documents and the application form should be submitted at The Hindustan University Institute of Technology & Science, Chennai.

Along with the application form, you will need to submit the following documents:

Demand Draft of the application fees
Photocopies of certificates and mark sheets of the qualifying examination.
Three recent coloured passport size photographs with white background (name and date of taking the photograph should be printed on the photo)
