JMI EEE PG Exam 2021 Counselling Procedure

JMI EEE Counselling Procedure:

1. The event of counseling will be conducted for qualified students who are shortlisted in the written exam of JMI JEE Exam 2017. 
2. The announcement will be done for counseling with a list of the registration number of JMI EEE qualified students. 
3. Students must check the counseling schedule, date, location and time to avoid the confusion. 
4. Eligible students must need some of the document at the time of counseling, the documents are JMI EEE admit card, proof of date of birth, 12th mark sheet, character certificate, recently taken passport size photo, proof of residency, proof of attested certificate and finally take all the copies of all required documents properly. 
5. Both of original and duplicate certificate of all documents are must bring by all eligible students. 
6. All students who have been selected for pursuing in the program of B. Tech at JMI must contact the faculty of engineering and technology to complete the formalities

Documents required at the time of Counselling

1. Mark sheet of Class X and XII
2. Pass Certificate of Class X and XII
3. Admit card and score card of JEE Main 2017
4. A printout of downloaded application form of JEE Main 2017
5. Printout of completed JMI online application form.
6. Proof of ID such as voter card, passport, and driving license.
7. Category Certificate (if require)
8. Applicants seeking admission under ‘Kashmiri Migrants’ Category have to submit their certificates
9. Candidates belonging to Jammu & Kashmir need to submit state – domicile certificate.
10. Character certificate
11. Medical certificate (if require)
12. PWD certificate
13. Six recent passport size photograph
