Tata Institute of Social Sciences Bachelors Admission Test

Tata Institute of social sciences (TISS) conducts the Bachelors Admission Test (BAT) for the candidates who want to pursue bachelor or undergraduate courses from the institute. The institute releases the official notification in this regard every year in the month of September 2018. Candidates need to fill up and submit the application form as according to the procedure given in the post. TISS BAT 2021 Selection Procedure

Selection Procedure: 

Model and marks of the entrance test (B.A. in Social Sciences) 

The entrance test will be of 90 minutes duration and the total marks will be 100. 

Part A - will be a 60-minute test with multiple-choice questions on current affairs, social awareness and logical and analytical reasoning, carrying 60 marks. 

Part B - will be a written test with a set of descriptive questions in English. Candidate is expected to write two short answers in 30 minutes carrying 40 marks. It is compulsory for the candidates to attempt both the parts and make sure that they qualify in both the modes. 

Details will be notified on the TISS website at the time of declaration of the results.
