TMISAT 2021 Application Form

Application Form:

The online application form of TMISAT 2018 will be available for all aspirants tentatively from the first week of January 2018. All candidates who wish to participate in the entrance examination for admissions into Tolani Maritime Institute will have to fill and submit the TMISAT 2018 application form by the fourth week of April 2018. Those candidates who want to appear for the examination in Induri, Pune will have to submit the application form tentatively till the last week of May 2018. The given steps will have to be followed by the candidates to submit the application form:

Step 5 – Submit Application Form and Documents to Institute 

Step 1 – Registration: The candidates will firstly have to register themselves by submitting their name, email id, gender and mobile number. A new password also has to be generated by the candidates.

Step 2 – Filling the TMISAT Application Form: After logging in using the registered id and password, the candidates will have to fill the rest of the required information. Personal, academic and contact information has to be submitted by the candidates. All information provided should be as per the certificates of the candidates. The candidates will also have to enter their preferred choice of test centre.

Step 3 – Upload Scanned Images: Next, the candidates will have to upload their recent colour passport size photograph. The image has to be as per the specifications mentioned by the admission authorities.

Step 4 - Payment of Application Fees: The application fees will have to be paid by the candidates.  Payment can be done in online mode (Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net Banking) or in offline mode through a demand draft in favour of “Tolani Maritime Institute” payable at Pune.

Step 5 - Submit Application Form and Documents to Institute: The candidates will be able to submit the application form of TMISAT 2018 after rechecking all of the submitted information. The printout of the submitted application form has to be taken and sent to the following address:

List of Documents to be submitted with TMISAR 2018 Application Form

1. Print out of TMISAT application form 2018
2. Print out of summary generated after submission of TMISAT application
3. TMISAT 2018 Fee Receipt or Demand Draft. The application form number and contact details must be mentioned on the reverse of the demand draft.
4. 2 recent passport size photographs of candidates with name and application form number written at the backside.
5. Attested 10^th and 12^th standard mark sheets and certificates
6. Bonafide certificate in case of candidates who have not received their 12^th standard mark sheet. The certificate has to be attested by the head of the institute last studied.
7.  Attested Birth Certificate
8. If the 12^th standard mark sheet are downloaded from the internet, then it must be attested by the Principal of the school attended.
9. Certificates for sports and any other extra-curricular activities (from 8^th standard and above) (if applicable)
