ARCH Academy of Design conducts All India Entrance Examination for Design (AIEED) to offer admissions to aspirants in undergraduate as well as postgraduate design programmes that are on offer by it. AIEED 2018 is scheduled to be conducted both as an online test as well as an offline exam which candidates can choose as per their convenience. The entrance exam conducted by AIEED comprises of a Creative Ability Test (CAT) as well as a General Ability Test (GAT).

Admissions at ARCH Academy of Design are conducted by means of AIEED exam that is conducted in two phases, which are, Series 1 and Series 2. The schedule for Series 2 of AIEED 2018 is announced on the official website of AIEED subject to the number of seats left vacant after Series 1 admission process concludes.

Candidates can choose to give the AIEED exam either as an online test or as an offline exam. The exam pattern for AIEED 2018 is such that candidates will have to attempt 45-50 questions in 3 hours duration. Total marks one can secure in the exam is 200.

AIEED exam comprises of two tests – Creative Ability Test (CAT) and General Ability Test (GAT). Both these tests are designed in such a fashion “To assess design sensitivity, problem-solving and creative skills logical reasoning & awareness on global issues”, informs the official website of AIEED.

AIEED exam question paper is bilingual, that is, questions are asked in both Hindi and English. AIEED offline exam can be answered in either of the languages. However, the online exam can be answered in English only.
