National Institute of Fashion Technology

Set up in 1986, NIFT is the pioneering institute of fashion education in the country and has been in the vanguard of providing the professional human resource to the textile and apparel industry. It was made a statutory institute in 2006 by an Act of the Indian Parliament with the President of India as ‘Visitor’ and has full-fledged campuses all across the country. Over the years NIFT has also been working as a knowledge service provider to the Union and State governments in the area of design development and positioning of handlooms and handicrafts.

Design programmes on the basis of which aspirants can secure admission at NIFT are – Bachelor of Design (BDes), Bachelor of Fashion Technology (BFTech), Master of Design (MDes), Master of Fashion Management (MFM) and Master of Fashion Technology (MFTech).

NIFT 2021 Admit Card

The admit card of NIFT 2019 will be available in online mode from the second week of January onwards. Only those candidates can download the NIFT 2019 admit card who have submitted their application correctly before the last date.

How to download NIFT admit card 2019

The admit card will be available in online mode only, and candidates have to log in to download it.
Any two of the following three fields have to be entered: Six-digit application number OR Registered email ID OR Date of Birth (DOB)
They should click on the ‘Submit’ button.
Before downloading it, the details of candidature, exam centre, along with exam date and timings should be checked.

The NIFT admit card will display the details that are entered by the candidates in application form of NIFT 2019. They must take its printout for future purposes. The admit card will not be sent via post.
