NIIFT 2021 Eligibility Criteria

Northern India Institute of Fashion Technology ( NIIFT ) Entrance Examination Eligibility Criteria – 2015

For B. Sc / M. Sc

B.Sc. Fashion Design / B.Sc. Fashion Design ( KNITS ) / B.Sc.  Textile Design

The +2 level examination in the 10+2 pattern of examination of any recognized Central / State Board of Secondary Examination, such as Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi, and Council for Indian School of Certificate Examination, New Delhi.

or

General Certificate Education ( GCE ) Examination ( London / Cambridge / Sri Lanka ) at the Advanced (A) level.

or

Any Public School / Board / University Examination in India or in Foreign countries recognized by the Association of Indian Universities as equivalent to 10+2 system.

or

A pass grade in the Senior Secondary School Examination conducted by the National Open School with a minimum of five subjects.

or

3 or 4 years diploma recognized by AICTE or a State Board of Technical Education.

M.Sc. Garment Manufacturing Technology / M.Sc. Fashion Marketing and Management

Candidates with B. Sc / B. Tech. / B.E are eligible to apply.

or

Candidates should have completed B.A / B.Com / BBA / BCA with any one of the following subject : Economics / Statistics / Management / Marketing / Mathematics / Textile / Fashion / Accounts / Computers / Homescience / any other related diploma

Note:

Candidates appearing for their qualifying examination can also apply. Their admission however will be provisional and subject to their obtaining defined eligibility by 13 July, 2015.

Proof of the candidates having successfully passed the qualifying examination will have to be produced at the time of joining the NIIFT programme.

Non-fulfillment of above will automatically result in the cancellation of the provisional admission along with forfeiture of fee.
