Rajiv Gandhi School of Intellectual Property Law ( RGSOIPL ) is a Law school based at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. It was set up in collaboration with the George Washington University Law School, Washington DC and has the unique distinction of being the only law school within the IIT system. It is also the first law school in India imparting full-time Intellectual Property education along with other regular courses prescribed by the Bar Council of India. Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for the academic year-2015

For Bachelor of Law ( Hons ):

The candidates who are wishing to apply for a Bachelor of Law in IIT Kharagpur RGSOIPL should have the following criteria,

First Class Bachelors Degree / First Class Masters Degree

First Class Bachelors Degree in anyone of the following stream

Engineering

Technology

Medicine or equivalent

First Class Masters Degree in anyone of the following stream

Science

Pharmacy or equivalent

First Class MBA Degree with any of the above
