India is among the oldest central universities in India. It was established by Syed Ahmad Khan as Mohammedan Anglo-Oriental College. The Mohammedan Anglo-Oriental College became Aligarh Muslim University in 1920.The main campus of AMU is located in the city of Aligarh. Spread over 467.6 hectares in the city of Aligarh, AMU offers more than 300 courses in the traditional and modern branches of education. The University has consistently ranked among the best educational institutions in India. According to Times Higher Education, Asia Ranking 2014, AMU ranks 3rd among Universities in India.

Aligarh Muslim University ( AMU ) has conducted Entrance Examination for the admission of MBA Courses during the academic year 2015-16.

For getting admission to the MBA courses offered by Aligarh Muslim University the candidate needs to be a graduate in any discipline with at least 50% marks in aggregate.

Candidates those who wait for their final year of UG courses can also apply for this entrance test.

But they must fulfill the eligible conditions at the time of admission.

The percentage of marks secured by the candidate in the entrance exam falling short by even a fraction of decimal will not be rounded off to the next whole number.

If Age falls short or exceeds by even single day will not be eligible.

Physically challenged candidates have relaxation in age up to five years maximum.
