AP ICET 2021 Counselling Procedure

Counselling for APICET 2018:

1. The eligible candidates will have to take part in the counselling process which will begin after the results are declared.
2. The entire process of counselling will include document verification, allotment of seats and admissions.
3. The counselling is based on the Merit List. 
4. The candidates attending the counselling must pay a counselling fee of Rs.900/- for OBC/ GENERAL candidates and Rs.450/- for SC/ ST candidates. 
5. The Counselling process of APICET 2018 is conducted by the official test conducting body.
6. The qualified candidates for APICET 2018 of Andhra Pradesh state have to attend the Certificate Verification process in any one of the Help Line Centers, which will be notified on the website. 

Important documents for Counselling:

1. The candidate should have the Andhra Pradesh Integrated Common Entrance Test (APICET) Rank Card.
2. The eligible candidate should have their Aadhar Card.
3. He/ she should have their Andhra Pradesh Integrated Common Entrance Test (APICET) hall ticket/ admit card.
4. They should have the Residence Certificate (in case where the candidate has no institutionalized education)
5. The candidate can have the Residence Certificate of either of parents in Telangana for 10 years in case of non-local candidates
6. The eligible candidate should bring their SSC/ 10th or its equivalent Marks memo.
7. The candidate who has fulfilled the eligibility criteria must IV-X Study Certificates.
8. The candidate has to bring their Degree or B.Tech all semester marks Memos & PC.
9. The candidate must possess Income Certificate issued on 1st January 2018
10. The eligible candidate should have the Caste Certificate issued by competent authority.
11. The candidate should have Physically Handicapped/ CAP/ National Cadet Corps/ Sports/Minority Certificate if applicable.
12. They should bring two sets of photocopies of all the documents/certificates listed above.
