Indian Institute of Management Indore MBA Entrance Examination

Indian Institute of Management was established in 1996. With the objectives of imparting high quality management education and training, the Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India established Indian Institute of Management Indore ( IIM Indore ) as Institution of Excellence. Indian Institute of Management Indore ( IIMIDR ) has announced admission for various MBA courses such as  Post Graduate Program in Management ( PGP ), Executive Post Graduate Programme in Management ( EPGP ), Fellow Programme in Management ( FPM ). Admissions are based on the CAT 2014 score followed by Written Aptitude Test ( WAT ) and Personal Interview ( PI ) and final selection. The merit list generated based on Composite Score ( CS ) which will be prepared using 10th Standard / SSC Score, 12th Standard / HSC Score, CAT / GMAT 2014 Overall Score, Bachelor Degree Score.

Indian Institute of Management Indore ( IIMIDR ) MBA Admission Reservation of Seats -2015

Admissions are based on the CAT / GMAT 2014 score followed by Written Aptitude Test ( WAT ) and Personal Interview ( PI ) and final selection.

The merit list generated based on Composite Score ( CS ) which will be prepared using 10th Standard / SSC Score, 12th Standard / HSC Score, CAT / GMAT 2014, Bachelor Degree Overall Score.

For PGP / EPGP / FPM:

As per Government of India reservation norms, 15% per cent and 7.5% of the total seats are reserved for scheduled caste ( SC ) and scheduled tribe ( ST ) candidates respectively meeting IIMI's admission requirements.

27% seats are reserved for non creamy layer - other backward classes ( NC-OBC ) candidates meeting IIMI's admission requirements.

In addition, 3% seats are reserved for persons with disabilities ( as per the provisions of Persons with Disabilities Act, 1995 ) meeting IIMI's admission requirements.

The three categories of disabilities are:

Low-vision / blindness

Hearing impairment

Locomotor disability / cerebral palsy

 This provision is applicable if the candidate suffers from any of the listed disabilities to the extent of not less than 40% as certified by medical authority and as prescribed and explained in the said Act.
