IRMA Entrance 2021 Counselling Procedure

Counselling Process for IRMA 2018:

The 5 Stages of IRMA 2018 Selection Procedure is detailed below:

CAT 2016 or XAT 2016: 

IRMA initially used to conduct completely separate examination for admission to PRM and FPRM courses. 

But now CAT or XAT score has become mandatory for appearing in IRMA 2018 examination. 

Hence the first stage of IRMA 2018 selection procedure is clearing the CAT 2016 and XAT 2016 cut offs set by IRMA.

Issues of Social Concern test IRMA 2018: 

Once the candidate has cleared the CAT or XAT cut offs, he/she has to appear in Issues of Social Concern Test conducted by IRMA. 

The students have to follow the detailed pattern of Issues of Social Concern Test and prepare accordingly before appearing in it.

IRMA 2018 Merit List/Cut off the list for GD and PI: 

Once the Issues of Social Concern Test is over, IRMA will declare a merit list based on this test and CAT 2016/ XAT 2016 for shortlisting candidates for GD and PI. 

The weight age followed will be:

Score of CAT 2016 OR XAT 2016: 80%

Score of “Issues of Social Concern (ISC)” of IRMA: 20%

IRMA Group Discussion and Personal Interview: 

Based on the Issues of Social Concern merit list, the candidates will be further called for Group discussion and Personal Interview.

Combined/Final IRMA 2018 merit list: 

IRMA will finally select students for admission to PRM and FPRM course based on the scores of CAT 2016/ XAT 2016, ISC test, GD, and PI.
