JKLU MET 2021 Counselling Procedure

JKLU-MET 2018 Counselling:

The counselling process takes place after the result of the written test is declared. JKLUMET 2018 counselling session is expected to begin in the mid-week of April, and is expected to continue till last week of April, 2018. 

The counselling process is as follows:

1. Students need to report to the counselling centers along with all the necessary documents.
2. Verification of documents will be done, following which the process of seat allotment will begin.
3. If an individual wishes to accept the seat offered, he/she can do so by paying the requisite tuition fees and completing the admission formalities. 

Documents required:

Candidates need to carry the following documents: 

1. JKLU MET 2018 Rank card (or CAT, MAT, etc. score card)
2. Bachelor’s degree Mark sheet and Passing Certificate of class 10^th and 12^th
3. Transfer or leaving certificate from institute last attended
4. Migration Certificate
5. Caste certificate
6. Character certificate
7. 4 passport sized photographs
8. Domicile and Medical Certificate 

Candidates who are shortlisted via merit list need to be present in person during the counselling session. Also, it is important for a parent/guardian to be present along with the candidate. The seats will be offered by the University on the basis of merit, course preference, and availability of seats.
