JSS MBA- Hospital Administration Entrance Examination Selection Procedure– 2015:

Jagadguru Sri Shivarathreeshwara ( JSS ) University has invited applications for admissions to Masters in Business Administration ( MBA ) programme in Hospital Administration for the Academic session 2015-16. Eligible Candidates who are graduates from a recognized University may apply for MBA entrance exam-2015.

The Last Date for Submission of Applications Form for Entrance Test is 27^th July 2015. Written Entrance Test for MBA Admission will be notified in the website. The list of the selected candidates will be prepared based on Entrance Test conducted by the Department.

Selection Procedure:

1. The admission to first year of MBA Hospital Administration program for the year 2015-16 will be strictly based on The Ranking obtained in the ENTRANCE TEST conducted by the Jagadguru Sri Shivarathreeshwara ( JSS ) University
2. The date of entrance test will be announced later in the official website: www.jssuni.edu.in

Merit List:

1. The University will prepare a rank list amongst the candidates who have applied for admission to MBA in Hospital administration course at the constituent institution of the university, with JSS University Score 2015. ( sum total of aggregate percentage of marks in undergraduate course, admission test score and group discussion and admission interview )
2. Copy of merit list will be displayed at the office of JSS University in Mysore and also shall be notified through official website of the University: www.jssuni.edu.in

Tie Breaking:

The method of breaking the tie in case of candidates having an equal score in the Entrance test is as follows.

1. The candidate securing higher percentage of marks in the Logical Reason component of the entrance test examination will be ranked higher.
2. In case the scores are equal in this component, the scores obtained in the Verbal Ability will be used to resolve the tie.
3. If the tie still persists, the Data Interpretation followed by the component on General awareness will be used.
4. In case the tie still persists across the candidates, the marks obtained at 12^th Std. will be considered.

1. The list of candidates selected for admission to MBA program will be displayed on the Notice Board of the Department and published on the university website: www.jssuni.edu.in
