Karunya Management Aptitude Test (KMAT ) MBA  Entrance Examination Application  Procedure   – 2015

Application Fee:

For MBA ( Regular ) / MBA ( Logistics & Supply Chain Management*):

For Indian Nationals:

Rs. 600/-( Hard Copy ) / Rs. 600/- ( Online ).

For NRI / International:

Rs. 2400/-

Mode of Applications:

Buy And Apply online:

The candidate can buy application online using any one of the Debit / Credit cards / Net Banking ( Service charges applicable ).

Upon successful payment of the application cost, the candidate will receive an Application number and Pass code via e-mail / SMS message.

The candidate can now apply online with the Application number using our online application available at official website.

Apply online with Pin Mailer:

Along with the hard copy of application, a Pin Mailer is provided, which contains Application number and Pass code.

Using this application number and pass code, the candidate can apply online at http://admissions.karunya.edu

If the Pin Mailer is used, then there is no need to send the filled-in OMR sheet or any other document to the University.

Apply online with DD

The candidate should draw a DD (cost of application is mentioned above) in favour of

‘The Registrar,

Karunya University’,

payable at Coimbatore.

The candidate should go to our website http://admissions.karunya.edu, and apply online by providing the DD details in the application form.

Upon completing application form, the candidate should write his / her name, application number and the course applied for at the back of the DD, and send to the address mentioned below:

Only after the DD is received, the application form will be accepted for processing

Instructions for Applying Online:

For MBA Candidates:

The candidates should upload the following original documents when they submit the application online.

a.Recent colour photograph (4.5 cm x 3.5 cm) (Mandatory)

b. Signature ( Please sign in black or dark blue ink on a white paper and to be scanned / digitally photographed )( Mandatory )

c. Class 10 Mark statement or Equivalent ( Not Mandatory )

d. Class 12 Mark statement or its equivalent ( Not Mandatory )

e. Undergraduate Semester mark statements ( Not Mandatory )

f. Diploma / Degree certificate, if available ( Not Mandatory )

g. Community certificate stating the religion and community ( Certificate issued by Tahsildar / Revenue Officer / Magistrate will only be accepted ) ( Not Mandatory )

The candidates should compulsorily upload their signature and photograph when they submit their application online.

They can upload the other documents ( Class 10 Mark statement / Class 12 Mark statement / Semester Mark statements / Diploma / Degree certificate / Community Certificate ) also when they submit their application online ( However, the other documents are not mandatory and they can submit the same at the time of provisional admission ).

For Foreign National candidate:

The candidates should upload the following original documents when they submit the application online.

Passport ( with nationality and address ) ( Mandatory )

Diploma / Degree certificate, if available ( Not Mandatory )

The candidates should compulsorily upload all the above documents ( Except Diploma / Degree Certificate ) when they submit their application online.

Each document the candidates attach must be no larger than 1 MB and in JPEG format ( Photograph and Signature ) / pdf format or JPEG format ( other documents ).
