XLRI Admission Test ( XAT )

XAT is also referred to as Xavier Aptitude Test. It is the university level entrance exam, which is organized by the XLRI (Xavier Labour Relations Institute) on the behalf of XAMI. XAT exam is conducted for the admission in more than 150 B-Schools of the country. The exam is the gateway for admission in management courses. For more than 60 years XLRI is organizing XAT exam at all India level basis.

XAT 2021 Counselling Procedure

XAT Counselling:

Post the declaration of XAT result, selected candidates will be invited for GD/PI rounds. These rounds are conducted to check the candidate’s GK and knowledge pertaining to business, communication skills and problem solving aptitude in practical situations.

Besides performance in the personal interviews (and/or group discussions), XAT performance, relevant work experience, academic background, extracurricular activities are taken into consideration while preparing the final list.
