ISIT MCA Test(IMCAT) is an entrance examination conducted by Icfai School of Information Technology for admission to its MCA course. Icfai School of Information Technology is part of ICFAI University which was established by Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India (Icfai) in 2003 and got accredition as a university by UGC. ISIT has campuses at Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Visakhapatnam and one more will soon be established in Pune.

IMCAT Admission Procedure 2013:

Candidates may download the Application Form. After completing the form, send it to the Admissions Officer along with a demand draft for Rs. 600/. The form can also be obtained from the counter or by the post. The filled IMCAT 2013 application forms should be sent through speed post or courier to the institute office.

Exam Pattern

IMCAT will be of 3 hours duration and will contain multiple choice questions from the Analytical Ability, Mathematical Ability, Vocabulary, Business & Computer Terminology and Functional Grammar.

Selection Procedure

Candidates are selected on the basis of IMCAT written exam conducted by ISIT however consideration is also given to candidate’s past academic record and work experience. IMCAt is a 3 hour written test consisting of multiple choice question to test candidate’s mathematical ability, analytical ability, computer and business terminology, vocabulary, reading comprehension and functional grammar.
