All India Post Graduate Dental Entrance Test - ( AIPGDET )

All India Post Graduate Dental Entrance Test ( AIPGDET ) is conducted for admission to various Post Graduate Courses conducted at Dr. D.Y. Patil Dental College and Hospital , Nerul Navi Mumbai 400706, a constituent college of Padmashree Dr. D.Y. Patil University. The college was established in 1990 and is recognized by the Dental Council of India, New Delhi . The Admission committee of the University will be responsible for conduct of the entrance test , declaration of results, counseling and final admission to the courses. Approval of some courses/ increase in intake from Government of India & Dental Council of India is expected. Admission to these course will also be based on the performance of the candidates at the AIPGDET.

AIPGDET 2021 Eligibility Criteria

All India Post Graduate Dental Entrance Test ( AIPGDET ) Entrance Examination Eligibility Criteria – 2015:

1. The candidate must be an Indian National. Nationality Certificate issued by District Magistrate or Additional District Magistrate or Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Valid Passport shall constitute proof of nationality.

2. The candidate must have passed B.D.S Examinations from recognized Dental College and should have completed one year of rotating internship training at the time of admission.

3 The candidate undergoing one year rotating internship training and likely to obtain final registration certificate from Dental Council of India, can also appear for the entrance test.

Such candidates will be required to submit a certificate from the Principal / Dean of the college regarding the likely date of completion of their rotating internship training failing which their application will be treated as incomplete and shall be rejected.

4 The candidates who have obtained BDS Degree from abroad should have and equivalent certificate from DCI.
