The aspiring students who want to apply for the BLDE UGCET exam should go through the application process set up by the BLDE University that starts with the registration for the exam followed by the downloading of the application form. After downloading the form students are required to fill all the sections that are asked for that would include personal details, contact details, qualification details and along with the choice of the center.

It is mandatory for the students to pay Rs.2000/- registration fee for appearing in the exam. The payment can be done both ways that are either online and offline. Offline mode payment is done using the DD and online payment can be made using the credit card as per your choice.
