Common Entrance Test for Postgraduate Medical Courses( CETPGMC ) Entrance Examination

CETPGMC – Common Entrance Test for Post Graduate Medical Colleges is one of the Medical Entrance Exams in India, conducted by Pondicherry Linguistic and Religious Minority Medical & Dental Colleges Welfare Association. It is a type of Medical Entrance Exam conducted for the purpose of admitting students to the PG Medical course in the below mentioned Private Medical Colleges under the Management Quota.

Pondicherry Institute of Medical Sciences, Sri Manakula Vinayagar Medical College & Hospital and Sri Venkateswara Medical College Hospital & Research Centers are the most recognized colleges for aspiring candidates, who can take admission to MD, MS Medical courses through CETPGMC - 2015. Every year, many aspiring candidates are applying for entrance test and this entrance examination attracts high competition. The complete CETPGMC - 2015 will be described as follows.

Common Entrance Test For Postgraduate Medical Colleges ( CETPGMC ) Medical Entrance Examination Exam Pattern and Syllabus – 2015

1. The students will have to take an Objective Type Test in the subjects as mentioned under ‘Syllabus’ column.

2. Candidates will not be allowed to take back the Question Booklet and a request for provision of Photocopies of the question booklet, answer sheet or answer key will not be entertained.

3. There will be No Rechecking / Revaluation / Retotalling of answer sheets. Answer keys will not be provided.

Syllabus

PART- I Basic Sciences: including Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Pathology, Pharmacology, Microbiology and Forensic Medicine & Toxicology. - 100 Questions.

PART - II Clinical Sciences: including Medicine, Surgery, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Community Medicine, Paediatrics, Ophthalmology, Orthopaedics, ENT, Anesthesiology, Dermatology, Psychiatry, Pulmonary Medicine, Radio-diagnosis and Radio-therapy –150 Questions.
