Christian Medical College( CMC)Ludhiana Medical Entrance Examination

The admission committee of the Christian Medical College, Ludhiana will be releasing the online application forms tentatively in the 2nd week of June, 2017. CMC Ludhiana conducts MBBS Entrance Examination. The Test is also known as UG AWT. UG AWT stands for Under-Graduate Admission Written Test. CMC Ludhiana MBBS 2017 Medical Entrance Exam is a national level exam held for the students who wants to take admission into under-graduate health science courses like M.B.B.S., B.D.S., B.Sc., Nursing and Bachelor of Physiotherapy in CMC Ludhiana. Candidates are admitted to these institutions on the basis of merit list obtained in UG-AWT exam held by the CMC Ludhiana.  All applicants will be required to fill the online application form and submit it till the 1st week of July, 2017. Counselling of all qualified applicants will be done by the admission committee for admissions. The counselling sessions will be held tentatively in the 5th week of July, 2017. All applicants will have to report for counselling to be allocated medical seats in the institute.

CMC - Ludhiana 2021 Eligibility Criteria

There are some set standard criteria and qualifications that an applicant needs to fulfil in order to be eligible for admissions.   1. Age: The applicants should have completed 17 years of age at the time of admission or will complete the age on or before December 31, 2017.

  2. Nationality: Must be of Indian nationality. Persons of Indian Origin with citizenship of other countries may apply under the NRI category.

  3. Academic Requirements: Should have qualified 10+2 (or equivalent examination) with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English.

  4. Marks Requirement: The applicants should have qualified individually in English, Biology, Chemistry and Physics and obtained a minimum of 50% marks taken together in Physics, Biology and Chemistry at the 10+2 (or equivalent) examination. Reserved category applicants should have secured 40% marks as an aggregate.

  5. NEET 2017: General category applicants should have scored 50% marks in NEET 2017 while reserved category applicants should have secure 40% marks.
