How to Apply?

If you are interested to apply for more than one course then you need to put separate application for each course along with individual demand draft of necessary amount. Following list of documents should be attached along with application form:

1. Date of Birth evidence (High School/ Higher Secondary Certificate)
2. Master’s degree/MBBS degree/BDS degree related certificate;
3. Marks sheets of qualifying exams;
4. Rotating internship certificate;
5. BDS/MBBS exam attempt certificate;
6. Registration certificate obtained from State Medical Council/ Delhi Medical Council/ Medical Council of India/Dental Council of India.
7. OBC/SC/ST category certificate;
8. Non-creamy layer certificate;
9. Disability certificate, if applicable.
10. If you are a working professional then you need to submit Employer’s Certificate and a No Objection certificate.
