MGM 2021 Fees Details

Mahatma Gandhi Mission Institute Of Health Sciences ( MGM – UGCET )  Medical Entrance Examination Fees Structure  – 2015 :

For MBBS course:

General:

Tuition Fees for 4½ years + internship is Rs. 9, 35,000/- (Rupees Nine Lakh Thirty Five Thousand) US $ 40,000 (Forty Thousand US Dollar) per year

NRI:

Tuition Fees for 4½ years + internship is per year

Schedule and Mode of Payment

The candidates applying for admission to First MBBS Course in the Constituent Medical Colleges are required to make payment by way of Demand draft in favour of 'MGM Institute of Health Sciences' drawn on any Nationalized /Scheduled Bank, payable at Mumbai.

Please ensure that the name of the applicant and the application number is written on the backside of Demand Draft.

DD should be crossed and A/c Payee only.

Tuition Fee does not include University Fee, Hostel Fee and such other fees. These will be charged extra.

Fee is required to be paid at the time of admission / counseling. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the seat, as well as any fees already paid.

Fees for subsequent years are required to be paid before the commencement of the academic year irrespective of the academic progress of the student.

NRI / FN category of students are required to remit fee in US Dollars, by crossed Demand Drafts A/c. Payee only.

Rules for Refund of Fees:

A candidate may cancel his / her admission by submitting an application to the concerned Dean stating reason for cancellation.

Candidate cancelling his / her admission after 15th September, 2015 will not be eligible to appear in MGM UG CET for subsequent two years.

A refund claim may be admitted on merits after due consideration of the request through the Dean of respective Medical College in accordance to the regulations prescribed for the purpose by the University.

No candidate will be allowed to take back their original certificates for any reason. If for some purpose the applicant insists on taking the original certificates for a period, he / she will have to pay the tuition fees of the remaining years in advance.

Security Deposit is refundable after the completion of the course or at the time of candidates leaving the course for any other reason.

In the event of a student / candidate withdrawing before the starting of the course, the waitlisted candidates will be given admission against the vacant seat. The entire fee college from the student, after deduction of processing fee of not more than Rs. 1,000.00 (Rupees One Thousand Only) shall be refunded by the Institute/ University to the student / candidate withdrawing from the programme.

If a student leaves after joining the course and if the seat consequently falling vacant has been filled by another candidate by the last date of admission, the Institution will refund the fees collected with proportionate deduction of monthly fee and appropriate hostel rent etc. wherever applicable.

If the candidate residing in the hostel, withdrawing admission after commencement of the course, the institution shall deduct one term fee for the hostel and mess.

If the candidate withdrawing admission after cut of date i.e. 15.09.2015, then no refund is permissible and candidate shall have to pay the entire tuition fee for total duration of the course.

The fees paid other than above shall not be refunded under any circumstances.

Registration & Eligibility Fee are not refundable under any circumstances.

Important:

If a candidate, admitted to MBBS Course leaves the course at any time on or after 15th September, 2015 for any reasons shall be required to pay the full amount of tuition fees for the remaining entire duration of MBBS Course.
