NUPGET 2021 Application Procedure

Application procedure of Nitte University Post Graduate Medical and Dental Courses ( NUPGET )  Medical Entrance Examination -2015

NUPGET – 2015:

Application Fee:

The candidates is required to pay the Entrance Test fee of Rs 3000 through A/C payee Demand Draft of Rs 3000/- drawn in favour of ‘NITTEE University’ payable at Mangalore.

Application Submission Procedure

 Download NUPGET -2015 Application Form from official website of NITTEE University.

The filled in application form and relevant documents should be sent through Speed Post or in person to:

Documents are submitted along with the application form of NUPGET 2015:

Copy of SSLC Mark sheet (or equivalent) for proof of date of birth

Copy of mark sheets of all years of the degree (university exam)

Copy of attempt certificate from the principal of the college

Copy of degree certificate/provisional degree certificate

Copy of Medical/Dental council registration certificate

Copy of internship completion certificate

2 stamp size photograph (similar to the one pasted on the Test Admission Ticket and application form)

Test Admission Ticket (in duplicate) duly signed by the candidate bearing a TAT Number, name of the candidate, address and exam center.

Last date for submission of application forms by the university: 17.01.2015
