  3. Registration Form will be displayed on screen
  4. Enter all required information details, provide a valid mobile number or E-mail ID and click on submit
  5. User name and password will be sending to your provided E-mail ID or mobile number
  6. Pay application fee by choosing payment mode
  7. Upload images of scanned photograph, signature and thumb impression
  8. Now, click on link of actual Application Form
  9. Fill up all asked personal and professional information
  10. Click on submit and take a hard copy of submitted application form for further use
