Pravara Institute of Medical Sciences All India Common Entrance Test ( PIMS - AICET - UG )

Pravara Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) is a deemed university imparting professional education, research and training in various fields such as medical, dental and paramedical. The university has six constituent colleges and offers various under graduate, post graduate and diploma level programs.

The university offers admission to the following bachelor degree programmes through the faculty of medicine and faculty of dentistry: Bachelors of Medicine and Bachelors of Surgery (MBBS) Bachelors of Dental Science (BDS).

Only candidates with the relevant qualifying degree can register for the above mentioned programmes. Seats are not reserved for people belonging to different categories such as SC/ST/BC etc.

PIMS - AICET - UG 2021 Exam Pattern

Paper Pattern:

PIMS AICET UG 2017 Pattern:

  1. There will be one question paper of 3 hours duration.
  2. Total 200 multiple choice questions (MCQs), 50 questions each in Physics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology.
  3. Each correct answer will be awarded one mark.
  4. There will be no negative marking for wrong answers.
  5. Scratching, overwriting, tick-marking and multiple answers will be considered as wrong answers and no marks will be awarded.
