Punjab JET 2018 Counselling Procedure

The counselling procedure complete details are given here:

Step 1: Online Registration:

First Candidates have to register for the counselling. Link will be provided above. It is necessary to register online for participating in the online counselling. Candidates have to fill all the details given on the registration page.

Step 2: Choice Filling:

After registration, candidates have to fill choices of college & courses according to their preference. All candidates from general, reserved categories & candidates from other states are eligible to participate. Candidates can choose any number of options.

Step 3: Seat Allotment Result:

The counselling result (seat allotment result) will be declared after a few days of the choice filling. Candidates, those who are allotted a seat can print the allotment letter through student login. They have to deposit the admission fee & report at the allotted college in a given time. Candidates can check seat allotment result by entering their “application number/roll number”.

Step 4: Reporting at Allotted Institution & Payment of Fee:

Candidates have to report at the allotted institution & submit the admission fee in the given time period as per the counselling schedule. Candidate’s documents will be verified on the day of admission. Candidates have to pay the admission fee to confirm their seat.

Documents are as follows:

1. 10th class mark sheet & passing certificate.
2. Character certificate.
3. Migration certificate.
4. Domicile.
5. Caste certificate.
6. Passport size photo.
7. ID Proof of Address.
