Indira Gandhi Institute of Development Research ( IGIDR ) is an advanced research institute established and fully funded by the Reserve Bank of India for carrying out research on development issues from a multi-disciplinary point of view. IGIDR had announced the Entrance Examination for Doctoral Programme ( Ph.D ). Ph.D Aspirants have to attend the online test conducted by university for the Ph.D Admission. Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for the Academic year-2015.

Indira Gandhi Institute of Development Research ( IGIDR ) PhD Entrance Examination Exam Centers-2015:

The Online test will be held on Sunday, April 26, 2015 at the following centers:

Ahmadabad	Hyderabad
Allahabad	Jaipur
Chandigarh	Kolkata
Bangalore	Lucknow
Bhubaneswar	Mumbai
Chennai	NCR-Delhi
Guwhati	Thiruvananthapuram.

The test venue will be notified in the call letter.

Based on the performance in the online test, short listed candidates will be called for an interview at IGIDR around the third/fourth week of June 2015.

Second class return rail fare by the shortest route from the place of residence will be paid to the candidates interviewed. The decision of the Institute will be final.
