Mody university PhD Entrance Examination Application Procedure - 2015

To apply for the course of candidates choice from among the courses offered at CLG - Mody University, please follow the steps given below:

Please read all the instructions carefully on the application form before completing it.

To download application form 

Simply fill in basic details & download the application form in a PDF format Forms are also available at the University office along with the Prospectus for a fee of Rs.600/-.

Take a print out of the form on A4 size sheet & fill in the required academic & personal details Affix a recent passport size photo along with a photocopy of your 10+2 mark sheets in case of a UG course, Graduation & Post Graduation Mark sheets for a PhD course.

After the completion of the form, submit it along with a Demand Draft of Rs. 600/- drawn in favour of ‘MUST-FOL’ ‘Payable at Lakshmangarh or Sikar’.

Application Evaluation

After the submission of your application forms, Mody University evaluates the forms on the basis of the following criteria:

Also the academic merit of the candidates will be reviewed by the University For certain PG programmes. Personal Interviews are also held as a part of the admission process Seats are offered to candidates fulfilling the Eligibility Criteria.

After the fulfillment of the above criteria, in case of any remaining seats, students are admitted on ‘first come first serve basis’.

Documents Required for Admission:

Two attested copies of 10+2 Mark sheets / Photocopy of last qualifying examination certificate & mark sheets along with the originals.

Transfer Certificate issued by the institution last attended ( original )

Migration Certificate ( original )

Five passport size photographs ( Name displayed on the back )

Photocopy of passport & Visa, if applicable
