University of Mysore ( UOM ) Ph.d Entrance Examination

The University of Mysore is a public state university located in Mysore, Karnataka, India. The university was founded during the reign of Krishnaraja Wodeyar IV, the Maharaja of Mysore. It opened on July 27, 1916. Its first chancellor was the Maharaja of Mysore; the first Vice Chancellor was H. V. Nanjundaiah. The university became the first outside of the Britain administration in India, the sixth in India as a whole, and the first in Karnataka. UOM PHD 2021 Application Procedure

University of Mysore Ph.d Entrance Examination Application Procedure - 2015:

Application Form / Registration:

Apply online at website http://uni-mysore.ac.in, fill in the application online after registration, pay the application fee, upload scanned copy of bank challan and submit completed application form online only

Application Fee:

a) General Merit candidates Rs.2000/-;

b) SC / ST / Cat-1 candidates Rs.750/-

The Bank challan can be downloaded from the University website http://uni-mysore.ac.in and payment can be made only through challan in any of the banks listed.

Applying Procedure:

Eligible applicants can apply online;

The candidates should check eligibility exemptions before applying only through the website http://uni-mysore.ac.in

The application forms will be available in the website from 20^th February 2015 onwards up to 05.00 PM on 05^th March 2015

The candidates should fill up the online application form and upload online only

The duly filled in application form along with scanned copy of bank challan must be submitted online on or before 05.00 PM on 07^th March 2015
