UPSC Geologists

The exam notification of Combined Geo-Scientist and Geologist examination 2017 is going to be released on 8th February, 2017 and exam will be organized on 12th May, 2017. This exam is managed by Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) in order to recruit candidates for Group A post of Geophysicist, Geologist and Chemist for the Geological Survey of the country and Junior Hydrologist in the central group Water Board.

How to Apply For UPSC Geologist Exam 2017 

  1. Applicants should verify the eligibility conditions for admission to the Examination and apply through online mode by visiting the official website
  2. Official site of UPSC is www.upsconline.nic.in.
  3. On the home page follow ‘Online Application for Various Examinations of UPSC’.
  4. Press enter on the link “Press Here below Part I Registration” available in front of Combined Geo-Scientist and Geologist Examination.
  5. Fill online application form with all required details and submit the application fee and then again revisit the site for part two registration.
  6. Complete the Part II registration by filling the entries.
  7. Upload the scan copy of passport size photograph and signature.
  8. At last, take a print out of system generated application for further references.
