BIS College of Engineering & Technology, Moga is one of the constituent units of BIS Group of Institutes. The Group is managed and run by Baba Isher Singh Educational Society. The institute was established in 2008. BIS College of Engineering & Technology is affiliated to Punjab Technical University (PTU), Jalandhar, and approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Government of India, New Delhi.

The institute conducts undergraduate courses in the field of engineering (Bachelor of Technology), along with a postgraduate course in management - Master of Business Administration (MBA). BIS College of Engineering & Technology provides a wide range of latest facilities to its students.
