The College of Engineering Pathanapuram is one of the fourteen Professional inistitution under the Co-operative Academy of Professional Education established by Government of Kerala.The College is affiliated to Cochin University of Science & Technology  and is approved by All India Council for Technical Education ( AICTE ).The admissions are done by Commissioner of  Entrance Examinations ( CEE ) Kerala. Admission to NRI seats done by the college.    

To develop in to a centre of excellence to cater the needs of all setions of the society and to impart technical education at bachelor and master level at an affordable cost.National Integration through empowerment of youth by bringing them up as excellent technocrats and responsible citizens.
