KaviyattuCollege of Education, Thiruvananthapuram is managed and run by Kaviyattu Educational andCharitable Trust. The college is affiliated to University of Kerala. KaviyattuCollege of Education Thiruvananthapuram is approved by National Council forTeacher Education (NCTE). The college conducts undergraduate level programme toprovide teacher’s training Bachelor of Education (B. Ed), which is one-yearfull time programme. Kaviyattu College of Education Trivandrum has number ofmodern facilities for the overall development of its students. Applicants whohave passed graduation with minimum aggregate of 45 % from any recognizeduniversity are eligible to apply for this course. 

The admission of thecandidates is decided on the basis of their merits in Kerala B. Ed EntranceExam (conducted by the Government of Kerala).
