Matha college of Technology – The pioneer educational institution among the leading professional colleges in Kerala affilated to Mahatma Gandhi University and offers under-graduates courses in six disciplines. It started its voyage towards academic excellence in the year 2003. Now the college is in its 10th year of successful service in Engineering education. In this short span of its existence college has moved swiftly ahead to carve a niche for itself as an institution promoting overall excellence among the students. The college has been contributing quality professionals to the society and continuing the same service. Through industry oriented highly demanding new generation courses, we are offering quality exposure to the enchanting world of new generation technologies apart from mere education, we are molding professionals to face the challenges in the future world.

The vision of the institute is to impart quality technical education to the aspiring professionals and strive to provide them with sound knowledge, skills and good character to attain their goals and to play an active role in making the nation a pioneer. The mission of the institute is to develop, maintain and continuously improve the quality resources to the benefit of the society by producing a citizen group that has an everlasting urge to learn and perform. Placement office handles all aspects of campus placements for the graduating students at the college. The office is well equipped with excellent infrastructure to support every stage of the placement process. Arrangement for the pre-placement talks, interviews, group discussions, etc., is handled by the faculties of different departments. Students counseling is also organized for the welfare of the students under the leadership of the placement cell.
