Meenakshi Ramasamy Arts and Science College Taking into his benign consideration, the educational backwardness of the people in and around Ariyalur and the area being bereft of adequate higher educational institutions, the farsighted and noble hearted philanthropist Theiva Thiru M.RAMASAMY MUDALIYAR has made an endeavor to bolster the lives of the people by bringing about a revolution through the means of education. As a result of his gracious thought Meeachi Ramasamy Educational Trust has been founded in the year 2000.Meenaakshi Ramasamy Arts and Science College has been formed by the trust. Top GENESIS OF THE COLLEGE The College, started from the academic year 2001-02 is rendering service to the society through higher education. 

It aims to provide opportunities to rural students to lift them up from drifting conditions. The College is situated on the Trichy Highway in 24 acres of sylvan land. Having situated near the towns like Ariyalur, Udayarpalayam, Jayankondam, Andimadam, Sendurai, the College enjoys accessibility to all rural areas. The College has high ideals to make each individual student as a gem, to the society to form a better tomorrow. The facilities provided in the College will explain this in detail.
